  • Sally Kevan - Event Director

    Sally has decades of experience (yes, she’s that old). The show mum, making sure everything is happening while making sure all your guests are happy and smiling. Sally has run large-scale international events over five continents. She pulls the best teams together to deliver your events to exceptional standards. She’s calm in a crisis, always patiently waiting for the drama to show its face so that she can pull on her experience and come up with a solution, fast.

    FUN FACT: Sally was once an extra on Byker Grove with Ant and Dec

  • Katy Reilly - Event Marketing

    Katy is a Marketing & Events Consultant based in the sunny city of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. She holds a BA in English Language and Linguistics, as well as a MSc in Business and Entrepreneurship.

    Katy’s professional journey took off not long after graduating with her Master’s degree, when she landed an operations role at a startup, co-working space in Newcastle. From there, Katy developed a love for events, marketing and logistics, and would go on to put all of these skills to the test when she started her freelance career in 2019.

    These days, Katy specialises in digital marketing, social media, B2B events (live and virtual) and brand communications within the games and immersive technology sectors.

    FUN FACT: Katy once sang Gangsta’s Paradise with Coolio in a bar in Newcastle

  • Katherine Aitken - Event Production

    Katherine is an event manager with 20 years’ experience in the events industry. She has a broad range of event management skills. She’s skilled graphics operating and show calling and has advanced knowledge of Keynote and MS PowerPoint template design and functionality. Katherine is a friendly and professional operator, very comfortable onsite at events, managing slide advancement or amends, along with interacting with clients and speakers.

    Most recently she has become experienced in virtual and online events. With the major changes in the industry, online events were the only way to run an event. She works with multiple clients managing awards ceremonies, conferences and podcasts.

    Katherine has worked across the UK and internationally, on small intimate events through to 3000+ delegate conference and exhibitions.

    FUN FACT: Katherine once got done for jaywalking in New York

  • Rebecca McRobb-Event Manager

    Becks is an experienced event manager, a pro at both virtual and in person events, who loves logistics. Working with venues, prepping speakers, AV schedules, delegate communications, branding, you name it, she's all over it!

    FUN FACT: Becks speaks Russian (albeit rusty!)

  • Lauren Shotton - Event Manager

    Lauren has over 10 years’ experience in events and has a broad range of skills, but she is happiest hosting guests and delegates. Onsite Lauren is a whirlwind of smiles. Very positive and upbeat, Lauren can be found manning the mic and presenting onstage. Lauren has adapted her skills to work on both live and virtual events and can often be found looking after speakers and VIP guests in the green room.

    FUN FACT: Lauren has attended the Oscars in LA

  • Sam Gordon - Technical Consultant

    With over 15 years’ experience in the AV industry, Sam has worked with many companies across the UK and has gained the necessary skills to help plan, create and deliver extraordinary shows and events. Using his vast knowledge and experience, Sam uses the latest technology to produce sound, lighting and visual effects that make your events stand out from the rest.

    FUN FACT: An avid Star Wars fan, Sam has met both Luke and Leia (Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher)
