Sally and the team at TVG Events made our Green Games Summit a stress-free success. They really cared about the event and managed everything from attendee sign up, producing video content and speaker liaison to calm on-the-day running of the event itself. Sally and the YVG Events team, helped make this year’s online Journal of Vocational Education and Training (JVET) conference the international success that it was. From our initial meeting to discuss our ideas and our plans, Sally took responsibility for the administration of the attendees, the organisation of the online platform, and the preparation of the presenters and chairs. She made helpful suggestions about the presentation and sequencing of the conference, and she was able to explain how the technology would work. In the lead up to the event, Sally’s close and attentive collaboration allowed us, the organisers, to concentrate on the content of the conference and on how we could reach as many attendees as possible. On the day, she and her colleagues ensured there was constant technical support, which ensured the event passed off smoothly, despite presenters and attendees being in several different time zones. Sally understood and responded to the needs of the conference’s organisers, presenters, and attendees, all of whom provided very positive feedback after the conference. Throughout, she was efficient, professional, and warm. We would not hesitate to recommend Sally for a similar role and we look forward to working with her again.

I've just completed my 3rd appearance at PocketGamer and I'm totally pro now, but most of that is in thanks (in part) to Sally who, in her role at PocketGamer Connects Digital makes nerves and technical issues magically disappear. First up, she knows what she's doing. Her experience in this field, in my opinion, is unmatched. Moreover, her organised mind is at total contrast to the live performer or speaker, who can only think about their presentation. Sally is the brain and the hands of any live events experience.

She lures you into this comfort blanket of security and follows that up with the check and balances of live events. Then, she checks on you, makes sure that you are being the best version of yourself. And finally she's "there" for whatever. That means, feedback, questions, hints and tips. She is your live events co-pilot, if you like. And if you do live events regularly as I do, you know just how important it is to have that silent mentor by your side telling you everything is gonna be alright.
